You only need one application with aPodment for any of our properties. If you have already submitted an application and are interested in a different property, please contact us at the leasing office.
Please note: The minimum qualifying credit score is 650, but if your score is lower than that, we encourage you to still apply as we may have an alternative approval option for you. Also note that if you choose a lease length of 2 or 3 months, the rent rate will be $300 higher (for 2 months) or $200 higher (for 3 months) than the listed base rent for lease lengths between 4 and 12 months.
