This custom-designed, four-story building is just a few blocks from Broadway and SCCC, the new Light Rail Tunnel, and major bus-lines heading downtown or anywhere else in the city. Each aPodment suite is furnished with a kitchenette, bed, desk, and chair at no extra cost. There are full-sized kitchens located in each tower, as well as roof decks and BBQs for entertaining. On-site janitorial service keeps the building spotless so you can forget about messy roommates! Coin-Op laundry is located on site for your convenience. What more could you ask for?
