University District Guide - aPodment Studio Apartments
Undergrad and upper grad students from
all over the world flock to the University of Washington to receive
a top education and experience living in the University District
around campus.
The neighborhood is an eclectic mix of Seattle’s best hole in the
wall food places on University Way (also endearingly called The
Ave), the popular UW farmer’s market, beautiful University of
Washington campus architecture (featuring Seattle’s famous cherry
blossom row), historic homes surrounding the campus (make sure to
walk down Greek Row), and the never-ending energy of students from
all ages lining the streets at all hours of the day.
But one of the main reasons why you will love living in the U
District is its easy access to water activities. Kayaking, paddle
boarding, or sailing along Lake Union or Portage Bay are common
summer pass times, while a short bike ride to Gasworks Park along
the Burke-Gilman trail can be a treat in any season.
Whether you’d like to be close to campus and The Ave or prefer the
quieter area of the University District closer to Wallingford, our
aPodment studios offer a variety of locations and
micro-apartments:
